Terms of Service
Last updated: February 6, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using UniClaw ("the Service"), operated at uniclaw.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
UniClaw provides a platform for deploying and managing OpenClaw AI agents on dedicated cloud infrastructure. The Service includes agent provisioning, secure tunnel access, a web dashboard, messaging platform integrations, and app publishing capabilities.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account using a supported authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
- Recurring billing — Your subscription automatically renews each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
- Price changes — We may change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Your API Keys
The Service requires you to provide your own AI provider API keys (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI). You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your API keys
- Any charges incurred through your API provider as a result of your agent's usage
- Complying with your AI provider's terms of service and usage policies
We encrypt your API keys at rest and transmit them securely, but we are not responsible for charges or consequences arising from your agent's use of these keys.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
- Conduct unauthorized security testing, port scanning, or network attacks
- Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications
- Host illegal content or facilitate illegal activities
- Mine cryptocurrency without prior written approval
- Attempt to circumvent security measures, access controls, or usage limits
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
7. Agent Content and Published Apps
You retain ownership of all content created by or through your agents. You are solely responsible for any content your agent generates, publishes, or distributes, including websites and web applications published through the Service.
Published apps are accessible via public URLs. You are responsible for ensuring that published content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove published content that violates these Terms.
8. Infrastructure and Availability
Each agent runs on a dedicated virtual machine provisioned on third-party infrastructure (currently DigitalOcean). While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for data loss on agent machines. While agent data persists between sessions under normal operation, you are responsible for backing up any critical data.
9. Security
We implement security measures including zero-exposure firewalls, encrypted tunnels, and isolated agent environments. However, security is a shared responsibility:
- Keep your account credentials and API keys secure
- Do not share agent access tokens
- Report any suspected security vulnerabilities to us promptly
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniClaw and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content generated by AI agents.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UniClaw and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or content created or published by your agents.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- Running agents will be stopped and their machines destroyed
- Published apps will be taken offline
- We are not obligated to retain any of your data
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
